Decoupage Workshops
Decoupage Kilner Jar - £45
​
On this 2 and a half hour workshop you will learn the basic principles of decoupage. Transforming a Kilner Jar into a beautiful piece of home décor.
​
You will start the workshop by painting your jar, tips and techniques for painting will be provided. You then be shown the art of decoupage and how to decorate and transform your jar choosing from a wide choice of Christmassy paper napkins. Finally you will be taught how to embalm, protect and seal your jar.
You will work on two separate jars. A large 1 litre Kilner Jar, which will be completed at the workshop. And a smaller 500ml Kilner Jar which will be started during the workshop and taken home to complete. This will give you the chance to practice the techniques you have learnt.

Decoupage Kit to take home will include:
Paint, Glue, Vanish, Applicator Sponge, Sandpaper, Paint Brush, Foam Sponge Brush, Natural Twine, Paper Napkin of your choice
​
The kit will supply you with everything you need to finish your small Kilner Jar and to practice on further projects should you so wish.
Full support will be provided during the workshop and contact details will be provided for after support.
​
Your finished Kilner Jars can be used as many things including a vase, for stationery, to hold kitchen utensils, as a gift, as treat or money jar - the list goes on!

Decoupage Candle Stacks - £40
This two hour workshop will focus on the iron on decoupage technique.
First you will be taught the basics and complete a slate coaster. You will then move onto decorating two sides of a three-part wooden candle stack, choosing from a wide choice of paper napkins
A crackle glaze varnish will be used to finish off some of your items.
No experience necessary, however this workshop is also great for those who have completed the Kilner Jar workshop.

Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of a workshop. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the event date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you book a space, you agree to these terms.
